James Pope is an actor (SAG | AEA), improviser, writer, director, & stand-up comedian whose content has been featured on Funny or Die, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Buzzfeed, and The Second City Network. His credits include: The Revolution Will Be Improvised (The Second City, u/s), The Greatest Sketch Show in America (BIG), BIG Time (BIG), Baltimore’s Got Talent (BIG), Improvised Clue (BIG), Dark City: Beneath the Beat and dozens of super cool commercials selling windows and such. He is the co-creator and director of the comedic TV pilot, GRINDING.

James teaches & performs improv comedy weekly at the Baltimore Improv Group (BIG). Previously, James was a Saul Zaentz Film Fellow at Johns Hopkins University and trained comedy at The Second City, The Groundlings, the iO!
